Tracking: Priority and Express options offer full tracking. Please, look for the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail to track your package. Standard shipping offers delivery confirmation at final destination.

For Priority shipping, orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

 

TRACKING MY ORDER

If you selected a traceable shipping option, please follow these steps to trace your package: 

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on "My Purchases"
  3. Click on the order number for the order you would like to track
  4. Click on the tracking link that appears below each item

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item you can LOG IN to your purchase history and click the cancel button, or contact our customer service team with your request.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We recommend you cancel your order online (instructions below). You may also cancel your order by contacting customer service, but due to time differences between the USA and other countries, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships

TO CANCEL AN ORDER ONLINE:

  1. Click on 'MY ACCOUNT'
  2. Click on 'My Purchases'
  3. Select your order number
  4. Find your item, and click on 'Cancel' under the Actions column

ORDER HISTORY AND STATUS

To view the status of pending orders, you can visit the order history page while signed in to your account. Your orders will be itemized by number and you can view the details and status of each order by clicking on the related order number.

DUFMOD NOTES

Your happiness is our happiness and we want you to love your new purchase. Please contact customer service regarding any items you may be unhappy with at info@DUFMOD.com. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your money for any reason within the first 14 days. After that time, you're still covered by the DUFMOD 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & PACKAGING

Carefully package your item, ideally in the same packaging that we used to ship it to you along with its packing materials. We advise that you send the item with your order details confirmation shipment invoice, tracking and signature required in case of loss. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

DAMAGED ITEMS

DUFMOD prides itself on complete costumer satisfaction. On the rare occasion a customer may receive a defective item, either damaged during shipping or one that slipped through the quality control net at our manufacturers facility. If that ever happens to you, please contact our customer support team at info@dufmod.com and our team will be more than happy to help you.

ON SALE ITEMS

Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new condition. If your item was purchased on sale, you can return any item discounted less than 25% for any reason within 7 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is complete and unused. After 7 days and within 14 days, you will receive store credit or an exchange. After 14 days there are no refunds or exchanges, or if the product was purchased at more than a 25% discount.  

AUTHENTICITY / WARRANTY

TEXTILES / ACCESSORIES: DUFMOD only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the artisans / supplier. Please be aware that with hand made products there may be small workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads, and color or shape distortion. 

ELECTRICAL: DUFMOD warranty's electrical products against manufacturing defects for the first 6 months from the time of purchase, and will replace or refund your purchase in the event such problems occur (not applicable to on sale items). 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.

On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 working days after we issue the refund (how long depends on your card issuer).

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
